Pat Poling: President

Pat was named President of Lyle in 2004. Prior to his election as President, Pat served as Director of Business Development for Lyle; Director of Development for the Western Region of American Tower; Technical Services Director/Site Development Manager for AT&T Wireless/McCaw Cellular and various management positions with Pacific Bell. Pat earned a BA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and completed his Masters in Organizational Development from University of San Francisco.

Randy Cobb: Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President

Randy was named Vice President of Operations for Lyle in 2004. Prior to his election as VP, Randy served as Site Development Project Director for Lyle; Director of Engineering, Construction and Operations for Metricom; Site Development Project Director for Whalen and Co; National Engineering and Construction Manager for Southern Pacific Communications (Sprint). Randy earned his Engineering degree from the University of California at Davis and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Thu Nguyen: Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Thu was named Controller and then Executive Vice President of Lyle in 2004. Prior to her election as EVP, Thu served as Controller for Sagres Discovery, Controller for Celera Genomics (Applera Corporation); Controller/Director of Finance - Public Sector Division for United Behavioral Health (UnitedHealth Group), and VP Finance and Operations for The Nettleship Group. Thu earned a Bachelor of Science, in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento and completed The Executive Education Program in Financial Management from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.
